It rises from the big bowl of light, the same bowl as the ones un-tethered beings have, the same bowl as the ones half-tethered beings have. It rises and branches off like an upside-down tree, reaching its roots into the sky. The bowl feeds off of the light, it grows as it sucks more light out of the untethered(s). And as it does so, it reaches more and more un-tethered(s). A smooth and consistent growth, undisturbed by no being. Beings are so mesmerized by its glorious structure and the glimpses of light that move along each branch towards the center. They are so hypnotized by the magic of gathering light, that they seem to either not notice or don’t care that this magical scene is being put together by their own light, their light is nourishing the enormous and its big bowl, gradually but consistently. They are, however too fascinated by that magical play.

When each little bowl of light rises up from the recently tethered beings, it moves straight towards the sky as that is its destination. But since the enormous have cut the sky into pieces with its branches, each bowl of light on its way to the sky falls into the cracks and sticks to the branches. From then on, the bowl of light doesn’t have many choices; it will have to follow the branch to the center and down until eventually disappear under the ground.

There shines a micro version of the enormous and all the bowls of light snapped to its branches in each tethered being’s eyes.

They don’t move and don’t even blink, they are tethered to a play that an “enormous” being has put on.
